BOOKING & VENUE MANAGER
Division: Constellation Concerts
Location: Atlanta, GA | Remote + Flexible Travel
Type: Full-Time Employee (Base + Performance Bonus) or Contract Retainer
Reports to: Executive Producer
Source, evaluate, and secure world-class venues for an immersive concert series. You’ll own the venue pipeline from initial scouting to final contracts identifying rooms with the right dimensions, acoustics, power access, and visual potential, and market demand.
Works directly with the creative team to manage timelines, calendars, and relationships, and collaborate closely with the Head of Production to ensure every venue meets our spatial, technical, and modeling requirements. That includes supplying specs, photos, blueprints, and walkthroughs to support 3D modeling and show design.
HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS & BRAND ALLIANCES
Division: Constellation Concerts
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Type: Full-Time Employee + Commission
Reports To: Managing Director
Drive top-line revenue through curated partnerships, brand sponsorships, and luxury VIP activations.
Collaborate with internal creative and experience teams to ensure each partnership feels intentional and elevates the audience experience—not just a logo slap.
FRONT OF HOUSE AUDIO ENGINEER
Division: Constellation Concerts
Location: Atlanta, GA (Live Shows Only)
Type: Hourly or Flat-Rate Contract
Reports To: Head of Production
Deliver emotionally resonant live mixes across jazz, pop, orchestral, and cinematic set. Clarity, reliability, and adaptability under pressure are non-negotiable.
Experiences feature dynamic and unique stage design. Must have strong understanding of sound design, spatial coverage, front fills, and dynamic room tuning.
Experience with Behringer X32/X32 Edit and/or PreSonus StudioLive is essential.
AUDIENCE DATA & ANALYTICS LEAD
Division: Constellation Concerts
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Type: Part-Time Contractor or Full-Time Employee
Reports To: Executive Producer
This role is responsible for building and maintaining the live audience intelligence system for our flagship immersive concert series, Constellation Concerts.
You’ll manage the customer database, generate high-value reports after every show, and uncover patterns that inform programming, marketing, and partnership strategy.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Division: OmniWARD
Location: Hybrid (Atlanta-based preferred)
Type: Full-Time or High-Performance Contractor
Reports To: CEO
Executive Assistant to a high-output CEO leading multiple ventures. You’ll handle scheduling, travel, email triage, and mission-critical admin while proactively anticipating needs.
Calm under pressure, excellent with boundaries, and fluent in digital systems.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & HOSPITALITY LEAD
Division: Constellation Concerts
Location: Atlanta, GA | On-site for All Live Shows
Type: Part-Time Contract | Per Show (with growth potential)
Reports To: Executive Producer
Own the guest experience from street to seat. Responsible for crafting and executing a seamless, elevated front-of-house flow at every Constellation Concerts event.
You’ll oversee the layout and functionality of the FOH environment, coordinate staffing (ushers, ticket scanners, VIP handlers), and ensure each guest touchpoint, from signage to seating, is intentional and on-brand.
This role is part logistics, part vibe, and part emotional intelligence.
